This post office has lost 1 out of every 3 packages I've sent to Switzerland in the past 4 years. It has also lost 1 out of every 5 packages my sister has sent to the US over the past 4 years. She receives confirmation that a package has arrived in the post, then upon attempt to pick up, they say it can not be found and to file a complaint with the US post. What is the US post supposed to do about a package that this specific office has lost? Furthermore, the customer service is rude, condescending, and lacks straight forward directions.
