This has been the total opposite of what we've received since being here. The food was sensational. Each tray comes with 3 sides. Mac, cole slaw, and baked beans. All 3 sides were delicious, and I hate coleslaw. The meat... The meat was fantastic. We paid the additional charges for a 4th meat, and we're very pleased with our decision. Pulled Pork, Brisket, Beef Rib, and smoked chicken were our choices. The salt and pepper base shined in every bite. The meats themselves didn't need sauces, but their mild and spicy barbecue sauces elevated them through the roof. The pull pork +spicy BBQ Sauce + Mac bite was elite. On top of all this, the proprietor, John, was delightful and shared a short story about his BBQ background as well as a shot of Canadian whisky. This is a must go for future visits to Montréal.

I liked that the fish came in smaller portions instead of 1-2 large pieces. The fries come with 2 sauces, the gravy sauce was okay but I didn't like it. I actually ended up eating my food with ketchup which I liked it with more. I have no complaints about service or location. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, they weren't blown away with it but neither were they disappointed. It would be great to see some more veggie options though.
