I have really been missing out on a great business that is really just a 5 minute drive further on I would usually go. The pizza here is beyond good. The crazy thing about this is that you can't find pizza this well made in densely populated areas where pizza joints are on every other corner. Finding this in a small town with not many businesses in it is mind blowing. Anyway, I've also bought burgers, entrees, and soups here.. Everything on their menu makes deciding what to eat a pretty hard decision. I should have written this first, but I can't stress just how welcoming and pleasant the women behind the counter are every time I've gone in. She just bought out a chicken cutlet sandwich which I thought was totally inappropriate, so the service was not good at all, however my dish was good. The chicken Parm was dry and tasteless. The atmosphere and the ambience is adequate for that style restaurant.

The building itself is a festive bright Orange color. I was greeted warmly by the owner as I walked on. The dining room had about a dozen tables but I got our order to go. It had an open kitchen with a small bar section so you could eat right where they cook. It was decorated in traditional Mexican decor. Now for the food, I ordered the enchiladas , one with Verde sauce and the other with Molé. The food smelled wonderful as I opened the bag and it looked just as delicious. The tortillas were fresh and homemade and the flavor was on point. The verde sauce had a great flavor and had just enough kick to make me know there was some spice. It was covered in lettuce and cheese and specked with diced tomato. The chicken was moist and tasty. The Molé sauce was deep and rich and had excellent flavor. It came with beens and rice. The beans were light colored and not black beens and the rice was standard Mexican rice. Overall it was really good. I will be going back again. They accepted debit cards but also had an ATM in the corner. The only drawback is that they didn't have any menus to give me so I will have to search that up on the inter webs.
