I started with ham empanadas which were nearly a meal unto themselves. The intriguing avocado tomato hearts of palm salad was next, and I was beginning to wonder if I could even make it past this course. The sweet balsamic reminded of bruschetta in a bowl.
Then, just when I was debating a little nap, the red snapper rolled out on queue, and on a bed of mashed potatoes. I got it pan seared, but you could get it whole or fried for all the fish options. It was perfectly cooked and represented the sea well.
I could not find any room for dessert, but perhaps arroz con leche or tartara caramelo nutella for next time.
