Lots of wine in an ancient room off the winding streets of old Montpellier. The local wines are wonderful. The food is made up of a selection of light bites, not so much a dinner restaurant. That said, two of us had the salad and shared a cheese plate and were overstuffed. The cheese plate had 4 types of cheese and 6 types of meat, all delicious. The salad was filled with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes, and zucchini, and more. There were at least 15 things to choose from on the menu. Staff were limited to 2 so they were very busy. Our waitress spoke excellent English, was incredibly attentive given her table load, and was helpful and thoughtful. Her professionalism adds a star to my score. read more
