Upon the first visit of my then-fiancée and I, during the frigid tail end of January, we were greeted by a young lady named Laura. We explained the color scheme of our upcoming wedding and she instantly comprehended our desires, to the point of breaking down colors by percentages. A few minutes later, a more senior person came in and instantly undid all the understanding that we and Laura had come to, recommending colors outside of our palette and, frankly, dated and beat designs. We left the shop rather depressed. Time passed and Laura contacted us, asking if we still wanted Fleur D'Europe to provide flowers for the wedding. We responded that we would indeed contract with Fleur D'Europe, but only if she was responsible for the design. We provided photographs of our inspirations and a list of what arrangements we needed and Laura got to work. Every arrangement that Fleur D'Europe provided for our wedding was absolutely breathtaking! Superb. Flawless. Each item, from the bouquets to the table arrangements, right down to the corsages surpassed even the best we could have imagined. I probably shouldn't admit it, but the bride's bouquet actually brought a tear to my eye with its beauty. I will post photos once they are available from the photographer. I was just visiting Quebec on holiday so I was looking to yelp for suggestions. I found this place although it didn't have any reviews, I gave it shot. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice, he didn't speak English but we communicated well enough and he allowed me to pick from his various selection of single stems. I had asked for very specific garden roses, the Romantic Antike dusty pink rose and the cream O'Hara. It was a wonderful surprise when I received confirmation that Josée was able to get the exact roses. While we were at her floral shop, we saw her creative process at work as she showed samples of large blooms of cream hydrangeas mixed with blush pink garden roses and scattered tulips in large urns.
