My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary in Quebec City on July 22. Our daughter attempted to order flowers for us to be delivered to our hotel. She did not revive a call back. While in the city, we walked to the shop during supposed open hours (Friday 11:00) and no one was there, nobody answered the phone, message left was not answered. My husband and I were married in May 16th, 2014. A few days before our wedding we visited Josée at her shop in Quebec City.
