Lovely bakery inside a plaza with a relaxing seating area with a waterfall wall. We had a wonderful brunch here; food was fresh and delicious and beautifully presented! The waiter was very helpful and made recommendations when we asked what some of the dishes were like.

A serene hidden gem with excellent food and friendly service. Just check out that avocado toast!

Freshly baked pastries. As you walk in the cute bakery, you are overwhelmed by a savory scent of fresh goods. My daughters ordered the French toast and were exquisite. They were served on a nice terracotta dish with a great presentation giving it a very natural and fresh look. The service was impeccable. We ordered coffee from the bakery even though they don't have it on the menu. All the small businesses (Cafe Doña Nena) all work together. You can order one item at a place and each business will communicate with each other and serve you all the food at the table. The pastries just taste better. All natural ingredients without making you feebloated We'll definitely come back!

We saw this place on Yelp and found it for breakfast. It's in old town San Jose right next to the Tropicana in Plaza Don Carlos. From what we discovered the Cafe Doña Nena is connected with the bakery La Panaderia Clyde, which is in the back of the plaza on the right. We asked at the Cafe about breakfast and the gentleman at the cafe directed us there. We ordered a turkey with mozzarella omelet and French toast with th berries & local honey and a chocolate donut. (Total $ 18 US) and an iced latte from the Cafe. Both brought everything to our table it the adorable open air courtyard with a very nice subtle water fountain. The food was 5 stars and the coffee was a little disappointing because they were out of vanilla but the gentleman working was very nice. We are older and would say we might prefer something a little more "Mexico" with full table service but the food was fantastic - seemed like my early 20's millennial Daughter's genre a bit more than ours lol

    pastel de guayaba (guava), MX$30

My wife, a professional chef, brought this panaderia to my attention. La Panaderia has a limited selection of baked goods, but everything appears to be of the highest quality. I ordered a pastel de guayaba (a guava strudel, a turnover filled with guava paste) for MX$30 and was duly impressed. The puff pastry crust was flaky, and the filling had the right degree of sweetness. Unfortunately, I didn't have room to try anything else, but I will explore more of their pastries on a future visit.

Just happened to stumble upon this place while walking through downtown San Jose del Cabo, and are so glad we did! Service was excellent, food was top notch with local fresh ingredients. We have been coming here everyday for breakfast on our vacation.

Local food, fresh made, authentic dishes and some foodie pleasure options as well. They make their own breads for toast and all of their own pastries as well. Great hidden gem in San Jose del Cabo!

    Cappuccino and mango smoothie

Found this quaint, hidden, woman owned breakfast spot in downtown San Jose del Cabo. Reasonable prices for homemade delicious plates including Tetelas, pyramid shaped masa filled with either chicharrón (pork rinds), hongos (mushrooms), mole or chorizo. Their breakfast quesadillas are amazing too. And don't forget the freshly squeezed orange juice and mango smoothie to push down your food to your tummy. We're coming back again. Thanks Andrea (owner) and our gracious server Sugeily xoxo

Cute little breakfast spot. I ordered the green salsa chilaquiles and my bf got the mushroom omelette. Both dishes were light and satisfying. We got a coconut donut so light and delicious. Would def recommend for a simple little breakfast. There's outdoor seating.

We went back, two days in a row - the pastries were so fresh, my wife enjoyed the chocolate ecclairs and i enjoyed the strawberry danish one day and the best cinnamon roll the next - the panaderia was very clean and the merchant's english was excellent and efficient - highly recommend.

Delicious green juice and lovely pastries!

Delicious and affordable green juice and carefully crafted pastries in a modern, minimal setting. This gem of an establishment can be hard to find as is tucked away in the very back of the plaza. Seek it out!! NUM.

Apple turnover, chocolate croissant and double latte from Cafe Dona Nena next door.

Slowest service in the history of Mexico. One cook for the entire place. Waited over 2 hours.

Upon entering, I noticed the Michelin Badges posted by the door; a great indication that the food must be good. The restaurant had an open concept and a beautiful garden in the back. We ordered a variety of tacos: duck, rib eye, and Gobernadora (consists of shrimp, fish and octopus, with cheese and house made mayonnaise); Duck Magret, and Agricole Pizza with Prosciutto, arugula, strawberries, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan cheeses drizzles with balsamic reduction. While waiting for our food, we toured their garden and I quickly recognized that Agricole was a Farm to Table kind of restaurant as they grow their own vegetables. They also make their own tortillas too from scratch. Food was absolutely delicious! Huge servings, plated very well, my pictures say it all. Highly recommend if ever in Cabo San Lucas heading to Todos Santos!

We got this incredible salad to start with the freshest tomatoes and amazing ingredients. I did not eat the lettuce being in Mexico (I've made that mistake before) but the ones in my party that did had zero problems. We ordered a Margherita pizza which was superb, I love all things dairy on Todos. Super fresh and light. We shared a short rib in a dark chile mole that was excellent served with veggies, beans, pickled onion and hand made blue corn tortillas that were to die for. Making tacos out of it was the highlight of the meal. Beautiful restaurant, great service, but be prepared nothing down here is cheap. Not as expensive as home, but for 6 of us spent $200. I would def come back, a gem in the outskirts of Todos Santos.
