When you get there the building looks like just an office building from outside. You'll have to go up to the second floor and there's the main restaurant for small party dinners, then when you go up to the third floor, there's the part of the ​restaurant for larger groups. We ate at the third-floor​ restaurant. What we ate: -Octopus - tender & tasty!! Just the way I like them! -Croquetas - there were blue cheese, caramelized onions and mushroom ones. All delicious! -Chorizos - cooked in cider. Wow! Smoky and flavorful! -Fries - with Cabrales cheese. I wasn't really up to tasting it...someone said it really was stinky. -Hake - fried to perfection!! Then there was this #tonkatsu looking gigantic steak!! Deep fried to perfection and filled with Serrano ham & cheese. Wow!! Only if my stomach was bigger... -Cachopo - Deep fried steaks that are gigantic! Stuffed with Serrano​ ham and cheese. At first glance,​ it looks like a gigantic tonkatsu. LOL But when you cut it open, this amazing cheese oozes out and the steak is so tender. Must try!!

The bar staff were helpful with our attempts in mangling the local language and one of the staff spoke English which helped a lot. We had the usual tapas favourites which included fresh empanadas and croquettes. The salamores cordobes (gazpacho) was very tasty. The beer and wine selection is good and the spirit pours are generous. It is very popular with locals which may mean a wait to get a seat but it is worth it. I haven't felt as comfortable in a new spot in Spain as I have at this bar. I wish it was my local!
