The manicures was in such a hurry that she actually cut me. I had to tell her how to retrieve my nails. When I mentioned that the excess nail polish needed to be removed, she did not remove it. I actually had to refile my nails when I got home and trim the extra skin that was left. This was not a good experience and obviously I Won't Go Back.

I asked for coffin shaped nails. He gave me, inconsistently, tapered square. His work is so mediocre that it's laughable. Also his nail painting technique is horrid. You're painting my nails, I dont even think you have a technique. Nail polish all over my finger! Sorry, my 3 year old could do better. Save your money!! 45 dollars is too much!! Even if it includes gel polish! I don't even know how you have repeating customers!!

The spa area itself was thoughtfully designed, with separate rooms for each service and charming signs on every door. When I entered the head spa room, it felt like stepping into a different world--dim lighting, candles, and the most amazing, calming scent. It was instantly relaxing. The woman who took care of me (she had short black hair) was truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. She made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The treatment itself went far beyond my expectations. I had seen videos of head spas before, but I had no idea it would include so much--there was a soothing waterfall feature for the hair, a facial, and an incredible massage. She massaged my face, neck, shoulders, and back, and every moment felt luxurious and rejuvenating. My skin has never felt softer. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and care. Everything--from the spotless restrooms to the friendly staff--reflected how much attention they put into the customer experience. The price was absolutely worth it for everything that was included.
