Worst gel nail experience that I've ever had. It was my first time to have a manicure in the Paintsville area and I was very disappointed. The manicures was in such a hurry that she actually cut me. I had to tell her how to retrieve my nails. When I mentioned that the excess nail polish needed to be removed, she did not remove it. I actually had to refile my nails when I got home and trim the extra skin that was left. This was not a good experience and obviously I Won't Go Back. read more

they do a good job on your nails, but Cindy the owner is very rude. she talks to some of her customers like a dog. I have a recording of her telling me I was too picky. told me she didn't care if I paid $1000 I could go to LA nail. so if you have a question about anything or she doesn't understand what you want she gets upset. her and her husband Tony the other owner have been having problems, her entire family lives with her and they don't help with anything. she is stressed and seems to be talking it out on customer. not a good way to run a business!!!! read more

I am from Los Angeles visiting family and went to my aunt's recommended spot and was given an immediate appointment with Matthew. He did a full set acrylic with gel polish. The place was clean, provided me with fresh warm towels, informed me of prices before beginning and listened to the look that I wanted. $65 for my long full set! I paid $97 to get my foot cut by the pumice stone and my finger cut because the tech took off too much skin with the rotary tool and blamed it on me. Overall, the experience was average. I came here because my coworker raves about this place. I did like that they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. However, when I said I wanted to pay $50 for a more deluxe pedicure, the tech rolled his eyes and body in annoyance. The gel pedicure was disappointing beyond the cut because I paid full price for a foot wax when it could only be done on one foot after my other foot was bleeding. Also, my toe nails were cut askew rather than straight. My dipped fingernails were okay, but there is extra product leftover on multiple nails and a couple cuticles are sore from where the tech tried to take off too much skin. The cost is too much of a premium for me to come home and have to work on the nails myself. read more

I was here on 12/1/23 and did not have a great experience. This was my first time visiting this place as I live in Florida. As soon as I walked through the door the place seemed in disarray. However I wanted my nails done so I decided to move forward. When the guy, unsure of his name started to remove my gel polish he burned my finger 2/3 times with the tool and I just kind of jerked my hand back. He seemed to be new or in high school so I once again disregarded. After the gel polish was removed another guy came over the do my acrylics, unfortunately he was the worse and just very rude. He would push my fingers down and tell me to relax my hands and shove them to the side when he was finished. I pointed out a flaw in my nail considering I am paying $45 for the service, and he then he got irritated and said I hit my nail over the dryer which was not true, it was a spot he did not paint correctly. It's an amazing environment!! Awesome service. My sister and I got mani pedis and they were the best we've ever had! They are super nice! I got the dip powder with tip on my fingers and they look great! Prices are a little high but it's worth it! Also got the deluxe pedicure and it felt amazing! read more
