Genuinely, super nice in here. Don't really listen to your requests on how you want your nails filler though and will slightly overcharge you for them. I loved the shape of my nails.... Hated how they were done overall though cause they looked a little tacky after me showing her more than once I wanted a specific style of design on them and proceeded to still not listen... If you want simple nails go here but other than that it's not really worth the attempt read more

Fantastic customer service! These ladies leave an imprint on your heart in just one visit! They're so kind and friendly I felt like I'd known them for decades. They did a wonderful job on my nails! La Nails - Bronze Pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Colorado Springs, Colorado

Pretty nails, good service, the place had a good fragrance to it unlike other salons I've been to. They were able to fit me in in a short notice and I appreciate that very much. Also, I appreciate hard work working women making a living good example for all of us women. read more

She rushed on my eyebrows they damn near look like I didn't get them done, I will never go back!!! I wish I could put no stars but I can't.

This place is a true blessing in disguise .. The owner Karen is very nice and is all about her clients and treats you like a friend not a customer. She is great at all she does Nails, Permanent makeup, pedi's, eyebrows, and more. Also her staff is great.. So just stop by today and tell them what you need and you will receive great services. I TRULY RECOMMEND... SO Please do not listen to anyone that says anything bad ob this place because its a lie and don't take my word just go there and one day I might see you there too. I wish I could give zero stars . This place has horrible customer service. I took my sister to get her nails done . We both wanted a full set with matte colored nails . One of the nail techs didn't even know how to do it. We were there for two hours !!! And we still didn't like them all she would do is discount us 5 bucks I spent 65 bucks for nothing . DO NOT GO THERE !!! read more

I have been going to this nail place for over three years now. My husband gets pedicures and I get both gel nails and pedicures. We live over two hours away and will drive twice a month, mainly to come here. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!! read more

Did an Awesome Job on my Toes & Hands Nails and All. Great and Friendly Service!!!

I went to get my toes done with a friend for an upcoming military ball and was a little nervous with the reviews but thought I'd try it anyway. They took us right away. I sat down and the water was a little too hot but, it's better hot than cold. The lady went straight to town on my feet. She did a great job, she cleaned up good, she didn't cut me, she painted my toes neatly and gave me a decent massage. It wasn't long or anything elaborate but I still enjoyed it. I didn't feel rushed even though she had another client waiting and she didn't pressure me into spending more money. I had an overall goo experience. The price was fair. It was an even 20 to get a basic pedicure. They have a drink bar with a keurig and an area for kids to play. It's nothing fancy, it's privately owned for sure. They have a TV and the massage chairs were clean and worked great. The owner worked on my friends full set and pedicure. She was quick on her white tips and did a pretty good job. She was nice and talkative. Overall a good experience. I would definitely go back. read more

Stopped by for a pedicure. Because of Covid, getting a walk in appointment is scarce anywhere in the Springs. So I went out on a limb, and I am sure glad I did. Karen greeted me so nice and was able to get me in with Aleia. Aleia was so fun to get a pedicure by. We had a great conversation and my toes look great and my feet were well taken care of. Would recommend. I will be back! THANKS! read more

I would give them negative stars if I could, I went in today and asked if they could do cat's eye and the lady said yes and she had no clue what she was doing! She just kept putting more polish on and at one point I took the magnet to show her how my last nail tech did it and it did not turn out! They water down the polish or something, when I asked her to fix it she flat out refused to fix my nails. They are horrible! Do not go to this salon they are the worst!!!!!! If you want your nails done right go to Lisa's nails, the only reason I went to LA nails is because Lisa's was full next time I will wait because now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake!!! read more

They didn't do to bad of a job on my nails but I had to go back through and smooth all the rough edges. I also didn't get what I wanted. I asked a French manicure and got just plain clear nails. They didn't even ask me they just did it. It's a good place to go if you don't know what your looking for or if your younger and it's your first manicure since the price is really cheap. read more

Very fast and efficient! Considering the quality of service, I would say this place is more than affordable! I paid 26 for a French full set, and I will defenitley be back! read more

I got my nails done here one time. I had a full set of acrylic nails put on. They looked beautiful, but they did them SO thin that in the first week I broke 4 of them doing normal things, like opening the car door. I ended up going to a different salon to get them fixed read more

HORRIBLE Place. Owner complained about other employees and customers in front of me while I was getting my nails done. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also hires under age people to work for her. read more

Terrible customer service! While I was a walk in getting a new color on my nails and my eye brows done. The owner, Karen, gave everyone else in the salon a bottle of water without asking, except me. Then she reprimanded the tech doing my nails for not putting something away correctly. My nails look like a 2 year old did them. They aren't gonna last because they weren't sealed and when I asked the teck, Lucky, to seal them she told me that she couldn't do that because I don't know what I'm talking about!! The music was so loud and disgusting with language and explicits that it was a terrible atmosphere. I will never be going back and I encourage everyone else to avoid this place! read more

Never. Ever. Ever. Again!!! Got a young girl that was clearly not very experienced. Went in for a mani/pedi with gel French tips. Asked her to even out my fingernails... She cut them all way too short for French tips... Then she didn't even know how to do gel nails. Was continually asking Karen why my nails were sticky. She cut my cuticles on two fingers and drew blood. After the length fiasco, I asked for a solid color... She had to put on 4 coats because of the poor quality of polish, and did a horrible job. Nails look horrible. Pedi was don't by someone else and it was just alright. I gave a 2 because I felt like If you can get Karen, you'd be safe... If not, go elsewhere! read more

I love this place. I'll never go anywhere else the owner Karen is a riot! My nails are always perfect and (sounds wrong) but it's always English all the time! I highly recommend this place!!!! read more

If we could give zero stars, we would. Although the customer service was okay the nail tech talked extremely too much about something she knew nothing about. She immediately assumed me and my friend were wives of military men, when we are actually in the service ourselves. She insisted that we wanted to get out of the military just so we can get the benefits off of some military man. She rushed through the manicure and talked so much she could not actually focus on the nails. They weren't smooth, didn't look professionally done, and there was paint on both sides of the fingers... read more

So I went to get mani pedi with my daughter. I was a little disappointed that the price on the website was not the same price once I got into the store, everything was $5 more in store than what the website stated. The next day both mine and my daughters nails starting chipping really bad, but it was Sunday and they were closed. I called on Monday to talk to her about getting them fixed as they didn't even last 24 hours and we paid almost $100 for the service. She has not returned my call and now 4 days later and all nails chipped paint very bad and my daughters "gel" paint just popped off completely on one nail. I did reach out to the owner first to see if she could fix this, but she has not responded and has ignored us. I would not recommend going there. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I came here April 24,2018 to get a gel manicure she proceeded to do my nails in a hurry my nails looked worst then her chipped off nail polish on her fingers. I don't know why I didn't tell her how horrible they looked, I just wanted to get out of there I almost left my coat and it was snowing. This place is beyond horrible go at your own risk. I believe she knew she did a horrible job and could care a less she charged me $25. I went to another nail salon right after to have it removed. ladies don't go here trust me I never complain I'm a very easy going person but this was horrible!!!!! read more

Pedicure was $20 and worth every penny!! If you pay $35 you can get gellish. My friend did and loved it. She mentioned that she paid $35 elsewhere and that was for regular nail polish. I went back recently to get a full set. I'm really hard on my nails and they have held up really well they didn't lift or break (I got pink and whites). Anyway... going back for my first fill today can't wait!! read more

AWFUL service. I had my pink and whites done there (fill) a week ago ans 3 nails are already coming off. they were rude to me, rushed me, and the color pink they chose as my base tone on my nails was not the same color as before so you can see half crescents of where the old re-base was before. nightmare. read more

I went in to get gel manicure. The manicure was very cheap. The products they used were cheap and old. The girl was nice, but she didn't do what i wanted and on top of that the polish was suppose to be white with glitter and the glitter was yellow because it was so old so it looked awful! The owner even saw it and she didn't offer a discount or to redo it. In a few days the manicure that was suppose to last at least 2 weeks started to peel off. I would not recommend this place! If you want to treat yourself spend a little extra money and find a place with good products and that cares. read more

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN... MADE ME SICK!!! I tried this place a few times hoping i was wrong with all the "great reviews" but no the Owner Karen will talk with you but its drama and gossip about her employees and what they don't wrong and dont do made me sick... so why hire them?? That wasnt right nor did i wanna hear it. Ive had acrylics done pedis and brows the few times i went.. they cut my cuticles everytime and to deep to where i bleed bad eachtime. My brows done by Karen was never the way i asked them to be done she did it her way!!! My acrylics done by a few girls and Karen the owner never failed after a couple days they were already lifting from the back!!! I wasnt gonna leave a review until i was certain this is the services they provided each time.... they have good reviews everyone has there opinon but i really think they are making new yelp pages to write good reviews this PLACE is awful.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! read more
