Thus, I decided I'd make a heroic sacrifice for my fellow yelpers and go in and check it out. The owner Victoria was lovely and happy to chat with me and her store itself is well laid out with a pleasant atmosphere. There was a wide range of attractive clothing for sizes 14+ as well as jewelry and other accessories. I should note here that she's not currently stocking shoes but has pretty much everything else you need to kit yourself out. Also, while I was there I saw at least one happy customer make a number of fine purchases. Hopefully someone who has actually bought something here will come along and give their more experienced review however I was pretty impressed with Gussied Up - if you are a fuller figured lady I recommend coming in and checking it out!

I am so happy now that their second location in Vaughan is open, it's much more convenient for me (but that could be dangerous for my bank account) The only negative about the Bathurst location, is that its a little tricky finding parking, but if you persevere, its worth it.

The quality back then was wonderful. I visited the flagship store in Stockholm five years ago. The quality has gone downhill. It's almost like the company likes creating disposable clothes where you are expected to buy article of clothing, wear it a few times, and then donate it. My friend and I were at Heartland Town Centre last weekend. We were at Old Navy and decided to pop into H&M next store. I did like some cute tops while I was there, such as a tank top with cute lemons, a shirt that pointed out that it was Saturday, and a lemon purse accessory. I didn't by anything. If I were dying to get something, it would have been the lemon purse accessory. It was something like $4 and was cute. Luckily, my willpower had kicked in. If you are looking for quality-made clothing, this store isn't for you. However, if you have disposable income and enjoy donating your clothes often, H&M is the place to be. (223)

I really prefer this location to the mall H&M stores. 4 reasons 1) you can find 2 seasons worth of stuff here. Excellent for those of you who enjoy dressing themselves to the beat of your drum rather than choosing out of what is 'in'. 2) most of the cute items that are in the current weeks shipment will be on sale here 3) very few sales people and big location = shopping at your own pace 4) loads of size availability Tip: if you make a visit in the afternoon (pick me up at lunch hour?) the line up is non existent, which is never the case for the mall H&M's.
