Most trailers and trucks will serve your drink in a to-go cup but when I ordered my cortado they offered to serve it in a ceramic cup! How cool is that? I'm not sure if the tea hadn't been steeped long enough or if the flowers weren't very fresh, but I was hoping for that distinctive floral chrysanthemum flavor and really couldn't taste it.
