TL;DR - Good food, slow service, acceptable quality/price ratio. La Marina was a nice experience but without much more to say about it.
If it wasn't for the service, this restaurant would have gotten 4 stars quite easily. I hesitated for a while but it really brought down the experience for me. The waiters are friendly and attend you quickly, some nuts and breadsticks are given free of charge while you wait. What I did not find pleasant however was to see other tables ariving after us and getting served earlier. The restaurant was quite busy but it wasn't full either.
The wait was worth it though: my Crudo e ruccola pizza was great. We got some sort of free little breads with ham and olive oil as well which were quite delicious.
If you eat there, I highly recommend you go on the terrace. They do not charge extra for being there (as far as I remember) and you'll get to enjoy a good meal while listening to the ocean waves.
I will make sure to update my review if I ever get another chance to eat there again, maybe I was unlucky and the service was just not great that day. read more
