Here are only a few of the reasons this place is great: - It was incredibly easy to get a table. We would always be able to walk in and sit down. No reservation. Though I'm guessing May is their slower time. - The staff overachieves for sure. Shout out to Beatrice for being so attentive. Double shout out to Alessio the sommelier who carefully explained wines to us and answered all of our questions. - The food is indescribable. All dishes are seasonal and local to the area. And very well-priced. Every single dish knocked it out of the park. - The ambiance is so lovely. Cool art, beautiful dishes and glassware, and lots of windows where you can look out and see the panoramas. The only downside is that it is so far removed. You need a car to get there. But it is 100% with the trip. And once you arrive, there is easy parking! Next time I am in Umbria, I will absolutely make it a point to stop by again.
