My family and I went here to shop as we have gone to many other Simons before. We were accosted and followed by an employee for 20 minutes and anytime we tried to tell another employee we were getting followed we were not taken seriously which was very uncomfortable. We are indigenous and figure that this is the reason why we were being followed. I do not recommend going here as racism is rampant, and if I could give no stars I would. I ordered two very expensive coats to be shipped to the US before Christmas. Unfortunately, Canada Post had different ideas and held on to my package for almost a week before returning it to Quebec for reasons no one seems to understand. I called Canada Post and was told basically that I'm out of luck and the Seller needed to open an investigation. I was pretty much distraught at that point about the chances of my package arriving before Christmas. Simons went above and beyond, Audrey D. 1458, actually cared about my predicament and said she would call me back when I explained my problem. She not only called me back, but had already gotten tracking for two new coats and sent them express to the US. She also wrote me a nice email explaining the situation. At this busy time of year, I really appreciated someone going out of their way to help a customer. I've already had one friend purchase a coat from Simons and have another friend about to order one too. I can't say enough good things about this store going out of its way to fix a problem that neither of us caused. Thank you Audrey D! read more
