A friend and I ate at this food truck when it was parked at the Trademark Brewery last night. He ordered the nachos with chicken and I ordered the california style burrito. My burrito was a decent size, had a good amount of meat and the fries were a great texture. For the price, I wish it was a bit larger, but that's me just reaching. I also wish they offered hot sauces. His nachos were massive. It was definitely something two people could share unless you have a large appetite. The chicken tasted good, and the avocado puree had a nice taste to it, as well. He really enjoyed his nachos. I put up a picture of the menu for reference.

This truck came to our complex, so we decided to try them out. They came at 11AM and we decided to have it for dinner. We went out there at 7PM and by that time they were sold out of mostly everything. I'm not a huge fan of Al pastor but since they were sold out of asada, my husband and I shared a Cali burrito with al pastor and an al pastor taco. I was not disappointed! The Cali burrito was so delicious. They had some type of sauce inside that made it super flavorful and juicy. It was not all dried out like some other Cali burritos that I've had in the pass. They had ran out of green salsa and we were lucky enough to get the last red salsa. I love my food spicy and that salsa added just the right amount of spice. I'd definitely recommend this food truck.

The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell everything is made fresh. What really stood out though was the amazing customer service from owner Peter pollo himself, super friendly, welcoming, and they made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to whenever I'm craving some great fried chicken! You must eat the chicken topped fries like a pie. Eat it from the top down, not just the top layer. Oh and their corn bread, ugh, delicious

Pete, the owner is super friendly, and even offered us some corn bread, which was awesome! The corn bread reminded me slightly of pound cake with all the corn bread goodness. May 30th is the last day Pete will have his red food truck. Next time I visit it'll be a shiny yellow truck! I have ordered the chicken wings, loaded pork belly fries, and the chicken sliders. All of which were tasty. The chicken wings were juicy and the mango habanero sauce has a nice kick. I do wish they retained their crispiness a little longer. I had one in the parking lot which was yummy! But by the time I got home they weren't crispy anymore. The pork belly fries are a must try! Pete recommended this one and it is good. The chicken sliders are great too. The slaw that goes on is what makes the sliders special. The truck is located in a parking lot in front of a car stereo store. He's here in the evenings and there are lots of spaces to park. Plus there is also a taco stand across the street. Great little place to get some late night munchies.
