I saw other reviews reporting a rude staff member and decided to ignore them. Understanding that many tourists come from the states and can be a bit elitist, and wanting to support small business, we gave it a go. I now understand exactly what others are talking about. In conversation with my husband, I mistakenly thought the white sorbet was lemon and then almost instantly corrected myself, looking at the woman I said "Oh wait... this isn't lemon, is it? Its coconut." She responded with "I don't see lemon on the list.. do you? Thats why I told you to read the list. maybe you can't read. I Will read the list one more time for you." In a condescending tone, she read the chalk board flavors and then responded "Do you get it now? or maybe my English is not that good!" My husband had already ordered his, so he paid. I declined to order- having lost my desire after that interaction. I tasted his sorbet, it wasn't that good. i have always loved PR for the kind and friendly people... she was the rudest person I have ever encountered in all my trips here. I have never written a review dissuading business before, but truly, there are so many small businesses that need support and so many wonderful people, I would not support the behavior this business displays. read more
