Pick your size, then your fruit, throw in some toppings, and watch them go to work. The process starts with frozen fruit and toppings into a bowl then into a large rectangular machine. Then, two (or more depending on the size you order) frozen yogurt rectangles get thrown in as well. The operator pulls a lever like a slot machine, loud noises ensue, and voila - a blended frozen yogurt neatly piped into a cup. This frozen yogurt has more texture than traditional machine pumped establishments. Also, the product is less tart than the chain competition - this suited my tastebuds. If you aren't interested in frozen yogurt, they also offer shakes and coconut glacee (served on the half shell). I enjoyed the yogurt and I really like supporting locally owned business. And by the way, a small is not small by any means - try that size first then come back the next day for more!
