When travelling for business, our local host took us here for lunch. We were blown away by the sparkly wine, the fresh pasta, the cheese, the tartate (for the non-vegetarians) and other great little dishes that I don't remember the name off. Apparently, the owners are from the Emilia region, so the food here is not typically local from Trentino, but still they make everything from fresh products, and well, would you as a foreigner really know the difference between the Trentino and Emilia cuisines?
