Morelia style Gaspachos (not to be confused with the Spanish soup served cold) are a delicious, unique culinary delight. They're basically a fruit salad on steroids...finely chopped fruit and veggies caked with chile, cheese, and juice. It sounds wild, even weird, but they're so good that I'm surprised they're not more widespread like the michelada or salsa mole. Any time I'm in the Narvarte area I try to stop by for one.
