No need to waste your time…read moreand money on the pre-packaged stuff at the nearby Casino grocery store; this place has all the fresh and prepared meats you will ever need. I especially like their jambon persillé (ham and parsley aspic terrine), a regional dish that is ubiquitous in Burgundy, as well as their duck liver paté. They also have a selection of very tasty saucisson (dry cured sausage) that they will slice for you. Finally, in the mornings they offer freshly-roasted chickens, but be sure to get there early, because they go quick, and once they're out, they're out. The only thing that would make this place better is having Bresse chicken. But I guess you can't win them all.
