They offer unique, stylish floral arrangements that are just so refreshing and the quality is absolutely remarkable. So the shop is located in TJ and I live in San Diego so I was concerned if the flowers would be fresh enough by the time I got home. Every single time, the flowers have not only been fresh enough but they last to almost a week! The biggest test was when we decided to order the flowers from here for my friend's wedding! Her wedding was in June so of course the heat would be a huge factor but also we needed to decorate the church the day before so we really needed to make sure that the flowers would be okay for the big day. Sure enough, the flowers stayed fresh throughout the whole event (some even without water) and even a couple of days after and yes, we did have a heat wave! But with a beautiful ceremony. I couldn't recommend their creations enough, the style of the creator is fresh, original and she really does listen to what you have in mind, works with your budget and allows you to wow your guest.

I Googled "flowers Tijuana" and out of all the spots that came up on the search. I picked out this spot due to the recent reviews from people in the States stating they used their services & liked their work. It was a leap of faith but I'm happy I did so! As an fyi you can communicate with them thru many different ways- have it be thru instagram, WhatsApp, or facebook they can assist you in both English & Spanish too. They also offer a wide variety of payment methods like zelle or paypal! Like I mentioned above they are able to assist their customers thru WhatsApp- which was they route I went. They are very communicative & flexible with your needs. I sent them over an inspiration photo of a bouquet I was interested in for a loved one of mine in Tijuana & they were able to recreate it just right. I also want to mention that they make beautiful floral arrangements/bouquets at great prices!!! I have absolutely no complaints on quality & their customer service. Since I am in the States & my loved one in Tijuana I had to have the bouquet delivered to my loved ones home & they were able to do so for a small additional fee but it was so worth it. Once you decide on the bouquet/floral arrangement that you want they will have you give them basic info like contact info for the receiving party, address, & the message on the card. I also asked them to please keep me up to date regarding when they were to deliver the bouquet & they did! They texted me & sent me a photo that they successfully delivered them to the address I had notated to them in detail (since i thought the address was difficult to get to) All in all- if I could give them 100 stars then I would! I spent the majority of my time in SD with school, job and friends. So when it came time to plan my summer wedding in TJ, I was DESPERATE in finding a florist to come to my aid. I contacted (email) three florists and only one returned my email within the next day! After visiting their cute location and speaking to the owner, Luis, I was immediately sold to their services. Luis was super friendly, he understood me, worked with me and my budget. I ordered 20 centerpieces, and come the day of my wedding I was in utter and complete joy of the outcome. For the longest time, I relied on Florabella to provide me with creative arrangements made from what were often unusual and difficult-to-find flowers. The business was well-organized and kept its schedule reliably, attractive traits to a nerd such as myself, and it sold its creations at a reasonable price. I could drop off a vase at the shop, conveniently located in Bay Ho, and, a few days later, either pick up my flowers or have them delivered to my house. However, by fall of 2019, owners Sarah Newstead and Jennifer Bull were gone, and the shop had moved from San Diego to Coronado Island, a virtual world away from the one I inhabit. Prices had risen, phone calls were no longer promptly returned, and the whole enterprise began to feel desperate and amateurish, like Mom had left the kids in charge, and maybe they were in a little over their heads. So I've stopped using Florabella, because, in the immortal words of Kimberly "Sweet Brown" Wilkins, "Ain't nobody got time for that."
