The only minor complaint was that they took ages to clear the tables.Their focus was on the customers that were already there rather than clearing the way for more. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice family breakfast, but unfortunately this turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. We arrived around 10:30 AM, placed our order promptly, and received our drinks fairly quickly -- but then waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant only started getting busy closer to 11 AM, long after our order had already been placed, so blaming the delay entirely on the rush is unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the plate my meal was served on was visibly dirty. At that point, after already waiting so long, I chose not to complain and just tried to enjoy the meal. Our server was kind, apologetic, and clearly doing her best. She even offered to remove three $7 juices from our bill because of the excessive wait. However, when the manager came to the table, instead of handling the situation professionally, he approached us aggressively and immediately asked, "What's the problem?" in a rude and confrontational tone -- despite the fact that I had never asked to speak to a manager. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the server explained that SHE was the one who offered the discount, and the manager proceeded to argue with her in front of us and the entire restaurant. It was incredibly unprofessional, embarrassing for the employee, and extremely uncomfortable as a customer to witness. No employee deserves to be spoken to that way publicly, especially by management. To make matters worse, after humiliating his own staff member in front of customers, he only removed two drinks from the bill instead of the three that had originally been promised. At that point, we were so uncomfortable we just paid and left without arguing further. For such a large and well-known restaurant chain, this level of disrespect, poor management, and lack of professionalism is shocking. The only positive part of the experience was the server, who genuinely tried her best in an obviously stressful environment. Unfortunately, the manager completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Mother's Day breakfast with family. I do not recommend this place at all and will definitely not be returning.
