Words to describe Padekwa: Positive vibes, Great spot to work/study, Relaxed, Artistic, Creative, Serene, Peaceful, Safe, spacious Location: It is located by Dollar Tree/7-11. There is plenty of parking because it's in a plaza. Drinks: I ordered their specialties-bananas foster latte and beignet cappuccino. Both served hot. They were delicious! I can taste the sweetness of the bananas and beignets, with the warm combo of the hot coffee. Way to go baristas! After sipping on the coffee nectar, it inspired me to get to work on my work projects. Food: I also tried their brownies and coffee cake. They were both generous slices and appetizing as well! Environment: I really love the aesthetics and atmosphere at Padekwa. You see the personal touches of family life and community. I also love the poem on the wall about art. Thank you for providing a wonderful home for people to create and share! If you need a cup of coffee, inspiration, and a place to work, I highly recommend visiting Padekwa!

So if you are looking to escape the heat grab a coffee and snack and chill awhile! The staff is sooooo friendly! I'm 99% sure this is family owned and by the looks of it all female owned as well. They take the name to pa'dekwa seriously cuz I felt very very welcomed! Now the coffee! I got the collagen crush!!! And DANG! That drink is super tasty especially knowing there is healthy benefits from it. I took the suggestion from the lady at the register and added a touch of hazelnut to make that "Nutella" flavor (THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION) Overall I WILL be back! When I'm treating myself to coffee solo or with friends this will be my top spot! I can't wait to "catch" their FISH FRY!! (They try at least once a month)

Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

There's a library and other office buildings. But it wasn't too hard to find this place. Plenty of parking available which is clutch and the surrounding area seems super safe. We were on the second floor and to get to the top you could take the elevator or take the spiral staircase. Not much seating upstairs outside of the actual conference rooms. Downstairs have about 15 seats in the foyer to do some quick work. The room we had was super spacious. It was only about 100 of us in the room and it felt like we could have fit 500 easily. Another great perk, there was a lot of stalls to use in the male bathroom which is typically not the case. So that was nice.

The venue itself is beautiful, and our wedding day was perfect. Unfortunately, our experience…read moreworking with our main point of contact, Ciara, was extremely disappointing. Communication leading up to our wedding was consistently poor. Emails and messages often went unanswered for days, which created a lot of unnecessary anxiety during an already stressful time. During our final walkthrough, Ciara reassured us that we would not be rushed to remove our belongings after the wedding and could even return Monday or Tuesday. She specifically shared that she had been rushed after her own wedding at this venue and did not want to do that to us. Unfortunately, the day after our wedding, that is exactly what happened. Our vendor arrived during the 12-2 p.m. pickup window we were given, only to find the venue locked. After multiple unanswered calls and texts, Ciara arrived nearly an hour later, resulting in our vendor charging us for the wait. At that same time, we were suddenly told all of our belongings needed to be removed that day, giving us essentially an hour to figure it out; completely contradicting what we had been told during our final walkthrough. Our wedding itself was wonderful, but the lack of communication and follow-through caused so much unnecessary stress before and immediately after it. As beautiful as the space is, based on our experience with management, we would not host another event here or recommend it to friends or family.
