As I'm pulling into the parking lot they call me telling me the crown had not been delivered yet, literally minutes before my apt after driving all the way there. Fine, I reschedule. I then get a bill 6 months later for a charge for "missing an appointment". Guess which it was? it was the one THEY cancelled because my crown was not ready. But they still went ahead and charged me a No Show Fee anyway. Had to dispute that with billing, only to be told this is a normal thing with this place. After multiple appointments getting upsold on expensive treatments, and pushed to get Invisiline after telling them repeatedly I am not interested and can not afford it, I cancel my future cleaning. Only to get multiple reminder texts for that cancelled appointment. Even after calling and asking them to cancel it, THEY DID NOT. Thankfully I called back after another reminder to find out my appointment was still on the books, and I would have been charged another No Show fee if I didn't come. The Dentist and his always revolving team of assistants are decent at their job, but this facility will try and wring every last dollar you have out of you. Esp if you need a Deep Cleaning, which they recommend every time I go, whether I had one done the previous year or not. PLUS, they wanted me to pay for the entire thing UP FRONT, over $1200 for a procedure I had not had yet. It was also broken up into 2 different appointments, for each side of the mouth. Why couldn't I pay on the day? Why couldn't I pay per side? Because that's their policy......Until I told them I straight do not have the money like that. That I would just go without because I couldn't afford the lump sum. Suddenly, they changed their policy and I could make 2 payments. No big deal. It's policy to take all your money till you tell them your gonna walk. They it's "Oh no wait, we can actually do that". It's not genuine help, they just don't want your money walking out the door so they'll make an exception so you don't spend it elsewhere. This is why people hate Dentists. You get uncharged and scammed to the point of losing trust and then real problems go untreated because they maxed your insurance with unnecessary procedures and exams. Go ANYWHERE ELSE in Studio City. Listen to your gut, get a 2nd opinion, don't get pushed into spending money you don't have and maxing out the little insurance you do have. And above all, double and tripple confirm with this place because they are not here for you. They are here for money.

I made it very clear that I was willing to proceed with everything medically necessary for my dental health, but I did not want to pay out of pocket for additional treatments that I did not need. Instead of respecting my decision, they went back and forth with me for nearly an HOUR, repeatedly trying to convince me to agree to these additional treatments. It honestly felt more like a sales pitch than a dental appointment. I kept saying no, but they continued pressuring me instead of respecting my decision as a patient. When I decided not to proceed with the additional treatments, they told me they were going to charge me a $100 no-show fee, even though I physically showed up for my appointment. I did not miss my appointment. I showed up expecting a teeth cleaning and was willing to receive the necessary care. I simply did not agree to pay for additional treatments that I did not want. They later told me I would also need to pay a $100 security deposit just to schedule my next appointment. I find this ridiculous, especially considering that I showed up for my original appointment. What makes this experience even more concerning is that I compared their cost breakdown with another dental office that accepts the SAME insurance, and I was told that 360 Dental was charging significantly more and that some of the additional treatments were unnecessary. Since I was comparing the costs under the same insurance, this made me question why I was being quoted these charges and pressured so aggressively to agree to them in the first place. I have no problem paying for legitimate dental care that I actually need. My issue is being pressured for nearly an hour to accept additional treatments, having my decision disregarded, and then being threatened with a $100 no-show fee for an appointment I actually attended. Patients deserve transparency, honest explanations about recommended treatments, and the freedom to decline optional services without being pressured or penalized. I went in expecting a routine teeth cleaning, not an hour-long sales pitch followed by a threatened fee and a deposit requirement for future appointments. I will not be returning to 360 Dental. I am reviewing them at 1 star because I can't even make an appointment. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for several months and am at a loss. They canceled on me twice, act completely confused over the phone, and won't let me do a cleaning and an exam on the same day. I can't figure out what their reasoning is. They have zero compassion and understanding and everyone who works the phones gives you a different story. Finding a good and honest dentist who takes HMO insurance seems to be an impossibility.
