From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and easy to work withboth over the phone and during my initial consultation with Dr. Ben. I had my procedure on October 3, 2025, and now, six months later, I'm happy to say my hair is coming in nicely. I did have a few concerns about some areas that seemed slower to grow, but Dr. Ben addressed all of them during my follow-up appointment. He took the time to listen, explain, and reassure me, which I really appreciated. What stands out most is how much he stands behind his work. He's been incredibly accommodating and has even offered a second procedure at no cost in a couple of months if the final results don't meet expectations. That level of care and confidence is hard to find. Overall I've had a very positive experience so far, and I'll be sure to update this review once my results are fully in. Photos are from day of procedure, I'll update when all hair is in .

He takes blood from your arm, spins it with growth factors and then injects it back into your skin through microneedling. It wasn't painful at all and my skin was glowing after one week. Crazy how much of a difference there was. I would highly recommend! DERMAPLANING (5/5): I'm addicted! I've always been self conscious about my peach fuzz and I'm so glad I did this. They basically exfoliate the top layer of dead skin using a scalpel. My face always looks so much brighter after I get this done! I will definitely be back!

There were nothing fit for my friend .  My husband suggested to buy one for me because it is a long trip to go to LA from SanFrancisco. He did not want to come back empty hands .  Linda (store owner, if I am right ) confirmed  my husband that" it could be easily return and refund any time , don't  worry ".   My husband bought one for me   to surprise me despite I told not to .  ONLY BEACAUSE (he said) " don't worry , we could return if it doesn't   fit you "    On receiving the wig , I told my husband  " I  have  already had two of  same wig  as you bought. "  Then  I ran to post office  to mail back to DREAM TOUCH"   Nine month later, I went to  the STORE  of DREAM TOUCH in LA to get refund .   To my  shocking surprise,  I felt like a 5 year old toddler scolded  by my own mom for my unacceptable behavior.  This is what SHE LECTURED me.  1.  You talked me with loud voice while other customers  in the  room of the store. 2. Your husband signed on no return, no refund policy. 3. I ve never  had returned and refunded  with other customers.   (  I know  she meant to say of her business  well known for best reputation  and good customer satisfaction rate ) 4. You are the  loser if it escalates to  legal dispute,  since your husband signed on the no refund policy on the receipt. ( I doubt if they have other receipt form  with " you may return and may get refunded  any time " ) But she told me  that she will refund via credit card company since it should be refunded  through  credit company. I came  home waiting and waiting for 3 months.  I called  her phone only to get a text message saying " I ll call you back right away"   After  several text messages I ve got   repeating the same message of " I will call you back right away" , I realized that it was not her real intention to do it.  It was  only a  finger stroke that means "  I am busy . Don't  call me" , the same way she scolded in front of me .    I know if it were customized one, I can't  ask for refund. But  the one I bought was someone's  wig, which was   returned  and hanging on the display for who knows how long.  If the advertisement is the real true , it should have made after  measured  and hand maded . That's  what we call "customized"  right?
