I made a last-minute appointment due to my busy work schedule, and several other places weren't able to help me the same day. Even though they were very busy, Plush Derma truly went above and beyond. From the very first phone call, Karina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. They have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient, and the process was seamless thanks to her help. The clinic itself is super clean, modern, and very welcoming. You feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. The entire team is professional, attentive, and truly makes you feel valued as a client--even from the first call. I highly recommend Plush Derma Laser Clinic & Skin Center, and a special thank you to Karina for being so kind, polite, and helpful. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. They truly take care of you the way you deserve.

And due to an incredible Yelp review, I contacted this lifesaver, Mermaid Silhouette! I spoke to Jamie and she explained fees and appointment protocol's. My first appointment was eye opening because I did not realize the extent of hard tissue that sat through out my torso. Jamie stated that everything would be fine but that I had to start from square one. Soooo, I did! Process was painful and extensive but done professionally and accurately. Jamie and Myrna were nothing but honest and sensitive about the process and my needs. They proceeded with manual massages, wood therapy, injections (to soften hard tissue areas), cavitation, radio frequency, ultrasound and laser lipo machine. And verbal instructions and how to preserve their work. Their fees are moderate compared to others who charge an extensive amount for mediocre services.
