During our nine day holiday in Nice, we stopped there five times. They are open early because we had "breakfast cookies" on morning while walking. My favorite cookie was the apricot filled cookie. There was also a cookie with a candied lemon slice on top. Crazy good! The service was helpful when asking questions. No issues with communicating in English. Fortunately, Pierre Herme still sells their macarons at Nice Airport.
