It took over seven hours after my dad was released to get his tank. I believe the office contact was Myrna. She tried to tell me she had called all of the families phones and no one answered. That is a complete fallacy. She called a phone that is a landline at my home. She was directed not to call that number but continued to do so even after I firmly told her to call my cell and I repeated the number multiple times. Please think twice before calling this company. If your hospital uses them ask them for a different company.

Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. We came and met with Aaron who was so very kind, attentive, and respectful to me and my husband. He measured my husband and ordered the full compression stockings. Today, we picked up the full compression stockings and Aaron spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the night and day ones. He even allowed me to videotape him so my husband could go back to the review the videos, if needed. He showed my husband how to use the more difficult day time stockings on one leg and had my husband do the other leg. Aaron explained so well that my husband was quickly up to speed.
