This store has a little of everything and a lot of nothing. Decent pharmacy though and if you show your AC (Alta cocker) INAPAM card - you'll get a decent discount. They are carrying a fair amount of items from Costco but who in their right mind wants to pass up a Costco shopping adventure. The cashiers rarely have change so if you hand them anything larger than a 50 peso note, they'll hold it up to the sky and peer at it like they've never seen one before. They'll study it good until they've determined that you didn't just print it yourself on your HP printer. Then they call the manager over for change.
