I noticed it on the way back from a nearby construction site, and stopped by for lunch. (Even though I wear the white hard hat I was in construction clothes and boots, I was still welcome to eat in). Though they're officially a catering business, they have a couple of tables for some tasty lunch. Their menu board shows a variety of dishes, with a good variety in protein (chicken and beef) as well. Run by a Colombian Jewish family (yes, I chatted with the manager) they offer a creative take on some Spanish dishes, prepared Kosher. The Peruvian chicken rice seemed yummy; I'll be back for it! During my visit I enjoyed their meatballs (sweet and a generous portion), steamed potatoes and sweet potatoes and an side of basmati rice. Though I had a soda, they also have some organic sodas. Decor is minimal, but you see the kitchen where they prepare the dishes and the owner / manager's a friendly guy. I plan to stop by!

Got to the food truck after 9 pm. It is located in a very lit parking lot. Felt safe because there is security patrol that came around twice while we were parked waiting for our food. We decided to ordered the entree with 2 proteins (Steak and shrimp) and noodles.. Definitely had to get their yum yum sauce. The person who took our order wad super helpful and nice. Oh.. they was no line when we pulled up and our for took about 10 to 15 mins to be prepared. There were 2 other customers apart waiting for their food. Everything came out nice and hot. It smelled so delicious when we opened up our food. It was just enough for 2ppl to share which was perfect for us. This food was so so so good. We ate without talking lol. However, I gave 4 stars because my wife was not a fan of the rice. I enjoyed it though. I reccomend it!
