All impeccably presented, each dish a work of art on the plate, as much a pleasure to behold as to consume. I enjoyed as entrée the savory Tartine de Rouget et Légumes de Printemps, and for the main plat, the flaky, savory Filet de St Pierre poêlé au Thym. For desert, the airy Chantilly Parfumé à la Pistache et Minestrone de Fraises was delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet.
The cuisine in this cozy, welcoming, family-owned restaurant is clearly a labor of love, and the master Chef, Thomas Lefebvre, is clearly well on his way to becoming one of the master chefs of France. Today the small ville of Lacroix St Ouen...tomorrow the Champs d'Elysee.
