Nous avons créé ce restaurant avec comme point d'orgue vous faire vivre un moment de détente et de convivialité accompagné de plats frais et entièrement faits maison. ​ Une partie de nos fruits et légumes provient de notre propre potager et verger (sans traitement), notre miel est produit et récolté sur place grâce à nos copines butineuses et notre poisson est fumé maison avec notre ingénieux fumoir permettant une cuisson à froid et/ou à chaud. Nous croyons au retour de vraies valeurs passant également par l'assiette ou aller au restaurant doit pouvoir être un plaisir, sans tromperie.... Pour ces raisons, nous privilégons les circuits courts, mais avec une attention toute particulière pour des acteurs passionnés travaillant en bio ou culture raisonnée et le plus localement possible. ​ Le pari que nous faisons par conséquent est qu'il est possible de manger sainement, localement et de soutenir à notre tour nos agriculteurs, éleveurs et maraichers locaux, amoureux de leur métier comme nous.

It looks like a quiet little tea shop but there is an outdoor garden in the back, the food is wonderfully homemade and, yes they have wine and beer, like everywhere in France. Viva La France!

For desert, the airy Chantilly Parfumé à la Pistache et Minestrone de Fraises was delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. The cuisine in this cozy, welcoming, family-owned restaurant is clearly a labor of love, and the master Chef, Thomas Lefebvre, is clearly well on his way to becoming one of the master chefs of France.
