From the moment our guests arrived, they were struck by how spacious, elegant, and beautifully arranged your venue was. Throughout the evening, our guests could not stop complimenting the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and most of all, the warm professionalism and attentiveness of your staff, add to the fact that pozole wasn't among the menu choices. Every member of your team played an important role in making our night unforgettable--including your outstanding security team, whose presence gave us comfort and peace of mind. We especially appreciate the time you dedicated to helping us design the color scheme and for keeping communication with us clear and effortless from the very beginning. A special acknowledgment goes to your DJ, for using good judgement and doing what made him comfortable. The music flowed with just the right energy to fit the night. And while pozole wasn't on the menu, it became a lighthearted talking point that added to the night's charm. Thank you, El Sombrero, for giving us not just an event, but a truly memorable experience. You helped create a celebration we will always cherish, and for that we are deeply grateful.

    Had my daughters quinceanera here on February 28th 2026. Had a rough start when I first started…read moremaking payments was made feel like I was an inconvenience for asking simple questions. Felt very uncomfortable and wasnt being considered. Being as im the one paying thousands of dollars I feel that to be the bare minimum asking for consideration and respect. Horrible communication skills with team lead or management whom ever they were. Was rushed 98% of the time during planned meetings. There was a fire 2 months or so before my daughters quinceanera and I found out through social media, this I feel is something I should have been informed of by management. Had to ask for holes in walls to be repaired before the quinceanera because the holes were right at the entrance visible to everyone. The room they let the quinceanera use was dirty and had no ac or light inside. I had to ask for some of guests to be served during the quinceanera after they had already waited for 30 minutes to choose their meals, the servers acted like I asked them for the whole universe. The food was delicious and served hot!! My husband put a card on file and asked management to charge only our card for specialty drinks and even after he asked some of our guests still paid which we did NOT want!!! We had the venue till 1am and cleaners started cleaning at 12 which I found rude. The venue is pretty inside, and once all of our decorations and tables were set up it was beautiful! Wasnt allowed to set up the night before and had to clean up after the quinceanera at 1am in the morning, I was however allowed to leave some items and pick them up on monday as the venue is closed sundays. I asked a few people for the owners information or number and was ignored. My daughter had a good time, enjoyed her quinceanera to the fullest, and had no idea about all the nonsense. I wouldnt have held her quinceanera here if I would have known half the things I found out after already paying the nonrefundable deposit.

She is so accommodating, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. So many of our guests came up to us to ask how we found such a stunning location. The setting is perfect, with beautiful hills in the background and the most incredible "stairway to nowhere" that creates breathtaking sunset views and photos. The ceremony and dance area, as well as the dinner space, are perfectly laid out and flow beautifully. And if you're looking for the perfect DIY venue that allows you to truly bring your vision to life, this is it. This venue is truly magical, and I can't say enough good things about it. I am so incredibly thankful we found the perfect place to celebrate our special day.

This is the first venue I looked at and we booked instantly. No regrets. The venue itself was amazing! It was spacious and offered us enough room to have 2 types of photo booths, dessert table, sweetheart table, gift table, along with all the food setup and guest tables. There is a built in bar & dance floor as well. They're both so nice! I will provide as much pictures as I can so you can see how beautiful it is. I 100% recommend this venue!! I would LOVE to book here again for other special events. Also I have a tip: invest in a GOOD experienced photographer. There are beautiful areas to take pictures both inside and outside so make sure you take advantage and don't pass them up. My photographer was a lady named Marlyn and she had creative ideas! I need to thank Rebecca the owner and her staff for the amazing attention to detail of our event. The owner and I sat down 6 months before to plan the itinerary and decorations. I was very flexible with the decorations because I knew Rebecca and her team have wonderful insight in making things look magical from my first event. All I needed to tell her was my daughter's colors and theme and she already knew what would make the hall look beautiful. The day of the party was amazing. The hall was glamorous and more than what I had expected. One of my guest who also owns her our venue said, this event hall was over the top. Esli the DJ did a great job with going over the itinerary, and keeping my guest entertained. The music was tasteful and he understood the direction of what type of vibe we wanted. Drew the bartender was amazing and friendly and knew how to accommodate 250 guest for being the only bartender. Our guest were in great spirits and she also noted if anyone was reaching there limits to make sure the guest were under control and would be safe to drive home. The main server which I can't remember her name was also amazing. The serving staff were on top of all the main menu and all the extra. They executed all the food and extras pastries and snacks perfectly so all our guests could enjoy every item. They also made sure everything looked presentable at the tables after guest ate and drank. We planned many extras within our package like: Porto's bakery, nachos, esquites, items to make tositilocos, Mexican candy, michoacana ice cream, ramen noodles, etc. Every guest walked away saying that this was the best venue and event they have ever attended from the aesthetic of the hall, music, and food. I also don't want to forget the security staff as they keep the peace as sometimes their could be unwelcome people trying to crash a party especially on new years. Thank you again Rebecca and staff for all the hard work and for making our event very magical. You created an everlasting memory for my daughter on her birthday and our family.

The tv at the entrance was not displaying the quinceañera's name as told, the day of the party we were told the tv was not hooked up yet. The main chandelier on the dance floor was not working/lighting up. The corner of the dance floor did not light up apparently the part would arrive in January. Not sure why all this is not disclosed upfront. Additional items: We bought a pack of "3", sparks for waltz, mangonada and photo booth for $1,000. See picture for total cups of mangonada servings, I counted around 59. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the Photo Booth, a complete disappointment. We flew our granddaughter from New Jersey because she moved a year ago and all her friends were here, the Photo Booth was the anticipated event for all the teenagers only to find out there were no props, booth was white and dirty, it broke down. Although they did fix it. The pictures were very low quality and aesthetically displeasing, a true disappointment for all the teens. We were being charged $150.00 to bring our own Photo Booth, had we known ahead of time or asked to see the quality we would have not hesitated to pay the $150.00. Did I mention the bathroom was not very clean, the wine disappeared, a total of 3 bags of cups with 150 each bag disappeared and the many many slices of red velvet cake (my granddaughter's favorite, that she did not try) that were left behind "were tossed/trashed"? I was told a few of our guests asked for cake and were told there wasn't any leftover slices only to walk away and eventually be given cake.... Apparently all the "leftovers" cake slices are not yours so be careful if they cut more cake than needed they end of keeping it. Although we did take home a piece of cake that was not cut. The dessert table when we attended the expo was good dessert, the day of the party was a different quality. I grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry and it was old and mushy, my husband had a chocolate covered pretzel and mentioned it was stale. We wished we could have done a bit more research, my daughter left to New Jersey and booked the first place she found that took care "of everything". I do want to mention that I dealt with Rebecca and she was helpful and responsive. However, transparency , honesty and professional ethics is still lacking.

My 1st call was…read moreto hacienda hall and Miriam answered and I could hear her excitement through the phone explaining about the venue, that weekend we went to look! They had 3 beautiful rooms to show and after hearing everything we went for it and booked hacienda which was the biggest room! They were all so helpful from start to finish! I dealt with Miriam the whole year going through everything choosing decor,food, the week of gabby helped with all the questions that came with the stress of the last week! When we went in on Friday everything was set up and everything looked beautiful! Gabby went over the schedule and anything I would need help on to relay to daisy who would be my coordinator the day of! And let me tell you daisy did not disappoint! She was amazing from setting up my self serve nacho and tostiloco bar, to keeping it organized and clean, to keeping the servers on track with the night, helping to remind me what was next, and organizing the stuff in the kitchen for me to just grab and go once the night was over! To all the girls thank you for the amazing service you all have provided to make my experience amazing! Now as for my guests they were all impressed on how beautiful the venue was and I have not stopped hearing how amazing and beautiful everything was!
