The closest they get to those are a whole wheat, a mixed seed (no onion or garlic in the mix, which an everything bagel needs), and, no salt option. For a flat price you pick your "protein" - which is either smoked salmon, tuna salad, or one of the vegetarian salads, then you pick a spread - cream cheese in plain, chive, or dill, or a few vegetable spreads, and then a choice of three vegetable toppings from the array - pretty typical sandwich shop selections. I went with smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, red onion, tomato, and cucumber. 90 pesos, or under $6, so not bad at all. The bagel is good - decent flavor, a little softer than a real NY bagel, it's missing that real surface "chew", but at least it's not just a bread roll with a hole poked through the middle. And, it's easy walking distance from home. Mostly take out, but they do have a few seats. I'll be back.

I went to this place on Monday, May 23, 2022, completely looking forward to having a great breakfast, again, after visiting this location on the weekend. The sign on the door said we're closed because of lack of staff (in Spanish.) Today, on my visit, I was happy to find this location OPEN, but within 2 minutes I had to witness a worker by the name of Cynthia LOUDLY BERATING a young server (who served me on the weekend prior and provided stellar customer service.) I asked Cynthia if she was the owner of the establishment and she said "No." I went on to tell her in Spanish that I could not believe how she was yelling at the young service woman and that it was COMPLETELY uncalled for. Others in the restaurant were visibly shocked to hear Cynthia berate her coworker but no one said anything. I hope the owner of this wonderful establishment trains employees to treat each other with dignity and respect. The restaurant will be less likely to close if employees know they can come to work in a safe environment.
