The longer version: Things that will keep me from returning to a winery are an inhospitable host or wines I don't enjoy. There's nothing keeping me from returning to Farmeier. Our host was very entertaining and personable. He explained his product throughly, answered questions and offered lots of information. We tasted all of his wines. I found several that I liked and we left with two bottles, a dry and a sweet. They have events throughout the year, including an Ugly Sweater Christmas Party coming up in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to a return visit soon.

The wines- i tried two of them and learned exactly how much of a beer person i am i tried most of them in an attempt to get my wife a bottle she wouldn't hate. I found one that was tolerable River bluffs white ... They all kinda taste like metal and im not sure if that's on purpose or accident either way id rather have a riesling. Its an interesting place and while i cant confirm it i hear they have a bed and breakfast so yeah there's something. So its an experience for sure but i don't plan on a second trip myself

I started the night with a maple Creamsicle which has their Maple sweet sorghum shine, orange juice and cream soda. Absolutely have the potential to be too sweet, but it had a good balance to it. Finished with a version of their old-fashioned and it was really nice. There was a band warming up prior to playing and I knew that I would like their music and they sounded good, but it's a very small space and alive band is just gonna be too loud for my preference. We're anxious to try their version of an apple pie coming out soon.

The menu has a few familiar faces - Eggs Benedicts, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, chicken and waffles and more. I liked the biscuits and gravy, but I absolutely loved the Burnt Ends Eggs Benedict. The beers are solid and feature something for everybody. I wish they offered an extra seasonal, but I understand a brewing schedule that features quick moving draughts. A small note - please watch your check. Some of the prices in the computer don't match with the menu. The staff - who were awesome - were also apologetic and moved to make corrections when notified.
