I walked in the door and Dayna greeted me with a smile and started talking to me like we've known each other for years. She asked some questions regarding the wax to ensure I had a great experience and started working. During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again! Her prices are extremely affordable too. You can't go wrong booking with her no matter what!

Kim was honestly the only website that I came across that seemed authentic and genuine (plus she was super transparent in everything, which I really valued and set her apart. No hoops or calls or emails to find out all the details and pricing or reviews or information). I could easily tell that this was something she cared deeply for and was putting all of herself into. Once we chatted, I knew that this was the person I could trust to do my brows-- the one thing I have complained about for the past two years. Being me, I came in with a ton of different questions about how everything was going to go down. Kim is kind, warm, and enthusiastic. She makes you feel immediately at ease. Once we got started, she let me check, change, and check again before we ever even got to the microblading process. We are both perfectionist and she took her time to make sure I knew exactly what they were going to look like (and let me tweak thing when I change my mind). The time passed in a flash and we had a great time throughout the process. Kim answered every question I had, let me look at alllll the tools and products (plus ask more questions), and just generally made me feel so comfortable and informed about every step of the process. I knew exactly what was happening during every second of the process. Most importantly, I came out of our time together being so excited about the work she did. I love my brows now and I am so impressed with how they turned out. I came in not really know what to expect but I was truly blown away by the results. Even after my touchup appointment, I got a little sad that I wont be coming back again for a little while. I'm thankful that I put off my decision for so long because it gave me time to find someone who is a champion for their clients and makes them feel heard and cared for throughout the entire process. Her passion and dedication for this artistry is apparent. Kim feels like an old friend the minute you meet her. If you've been trying to find a microblader who isnt just going to get you in and out, but rather gives such a comforting and customized experience-- Kim's your gal.

If you're looking for a new lash salon, to try lashes for the first time or to learn how to do…read morelashes, this is this place. The BEST place. I've been getting my lashes done for over ten years in NYC, so I know a quality experience and work. This is the best work I've ever had done. When I moved to the area the search for a new place began. I feel like I got the jackpot finding Lash Folk. Seriously. Laura has been incredible across the board. Ease of booking, communication, energy, the space and the application. All perfect. Her skill and attention to detail is top notch. My lashes look good and FEEL good. She spends time talking about the desired look sharing her professional opinion. Thanks to that my lashes look better than they have in 10 years. After my first appointment my husband complimented my lashes for the first time ever. He said, "wow! Your lashes actually look really good. They make your whole face prettier but they're also more subtle than they used to be. Definitely go to her again." My whole family also noticed and said they look really well done, too. But for me, the most important thing is that they FEEL so good. Or that I don't feel them at all. Laura is such an expert.. I really mean that. Every lash is perfectly placed so that they're straight, both eyes look balanced and compliment the eye shape and they don't poke anywhere. That's a big deal and I know from experience that even the nicest, most popular salons with the highest price tags don't always have technicians that focus on those important details. So have no doubt your lashes will look like a million bucks. Just don't even worry about that. As a bonus, going to Lash Folk will be as much of a spa, meditation, relaxing experience as it is a beautification time! Laura's energy is so beautiful and the salon is SO peaceful and clean. The music puts me into such a relaxed state that I feel like I slept for 10 hours after she's done. And happy! Which is a huge deal for a new mom. We need it. And lastly, she's professional and kind. The way she runs her business is really impressive. She respects others and herself and it's really cool to see. This is the spot. Get in before she doesn't have time for any of us anymore.

This place on the weekdays is your best bet to go. Unfortunately i find myself coming on the weekends way too many times and there is always a longggg line. Thankfully the ladies there do a great job and it goes by fairly quickly. I've been here 3-4x and each time it's been quick, fairly painless, and always great work. I have come to love threading so much more than waxing and it also lasts longer and less painful in my opinion. Beauty Xpress charges $10, so that's more then the usual $8 i pay for in Atlanta but since i have no other places to go when I'm up in Chattanooga i don't mind paying the extra few bucks.
