I walked in the door and Dayna greeted me with a smile and started talking to me like we've known each other for years. She asked some questions regarding the wax to ensure I had a great experience and started working. During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again! Her salon is very unique, clean, and beautifully decorated. She clearly cares about her business and her customers so she takes the time to do a good job and doesn't pressure to do anything else. I am a woman of faith and I've never had such a wonderful experience with such an esthetician who is able to give the Lord all the credit for her work. She was professional and courteous and void of the attitude that one sometimes encounters at tanning salons. I pay a ridiculous amount for the…read moreunlimited monthly spray tan membership to come in and half the people don't know what they are doing, I understand having new staff and I am patient with them but someone needs to be up there helping/training them instead of leaving two people at the front desk that started two days ago. Then I finally get to spray and they have the oldest spray booths in the history of man. Literally the first edition verses spa and two out of the three do not spray foe the full pass. Two different beds and three tries later I finally got my full front sprayed and nothing on my back and was just tired of being here. I will make the drive to Cleveland or Gunbarrel road where they actually care to update their equipment when it messes up.

I applied a week before she did and told her I applied so then she applied as well, a couple of days ago to be exact. I called and spoke to the manager and she said they were staffed and would look at the application. They called my friend (a female) today about coming in for a interview. My friend has less availability than what I could work but still got a call. I call to speak with an area manager and they try to let me speak to the store manager and I advised my issue was with her and so I hung up!! She actually called my home number back!! Then proceeds to get nasty with me when I call her out about it. She says well your friend had the hours I needed (even though she had less availability than mysef during weedays ans same on weekends, and I was like I had the same hours plus more, but she left it at that and did not make any sense. Who calls back to pick a fight or antagonize the situation?? Apparently the managers do. Regardless I will be cancelling my yearly tanning membership and tanning elsewhere. I have been tanning at this location for a while and have NEVER seen a guy working there but the other locations I have!! .
