It was nice having the option to choose, since most of the other bars I went to didn't give you a choice. The menu has a good selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Admittedly they were a little weak but the fresh fruits on top were a nice touch, especially the muscat grape! My favorites of the night was one of the fatty slices of pork off the "from the land" sampler (possibly the pork dewlap) and the torrenzos. The dewlap was tender and so flavorful! Their aged Cecina de león was also very good. The burrata and caper berries were my favorite additional accoutrements on this platter. As for the torrenzo, wow! It was sliced crispy pork belly served with a sweet and sour green mojo sauce. You should definitely try this dish. For a unique dish, we opted for the courgette pappardelle which were thin slices of zucchinis marinated in citrus, pineapple gel, pesto, and pepitas. It seemed so simple but it was super refreshing! When it came to service, it was slow. Definitely an at your pace kind of spot. If you don't wave the staff over, they will not come. Period. The main level is not ideal for dancing as it was kinda small and cramped with tables. Multiple of my friends had to wait 20+ minutes just to order drinks. Apparently only 1 bartender could make cocktails while the other only prepared straight alcohol. Note: you couldn't order cocktails on the lower level. The lady making the drinks was slow and had such a bad attitude and RBF. I observe her racial profiling and favoring the locals more than the tourists. If you could speak the language, she would help you next. I was obviously standing at the bar patiently waiting for her to finish making other people's drinks so that I can place my order. They seem to have a large selection of drinks so I wanted to see if she could make me a lemon drop. I even had the ingredients on how to recreate it on my phone. My tour guide spoke Spanish to the bartender and she said they don't do that here. Ok no problem. I'll take margarita instead. We picked a booth and enjoyed some really wonderful craft beers from Germany with the help of their very informative menu. As soon as the cook arrived, the bartender let us know, which was very nice of him, and soon he set two plates of Spanish tortilla in front of us. The tortilla was delicious and the portion generous. I'm sure the rest of their food is great as well, but we had lunch plans elsewhere. We unfortunately never got to make it back to Colagallo again due to time limitations, but it would be first on our list of places in Granada to drink next time. Friendly people, great beer, great food. Seems like they're doing everything right!
