It was nice having the option to choose, since most of the other bars I went to didn't give you a choice. The menu has a good selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Admittedly they were a little weak but the fresh fruits on top were a nice touch, especially the muscat grape! My favorites of the night was one of the fatty slices of pork off the "from the land" sampler (possibly the pork dewlap) and the torrenzos. The dewlap was tender and so flavorful! Their aged Cecina de león was also very good. The burrata and caper berries were my favorite additional accoutrements on this platter. As for the torrenzo, wow! It was sliced crispy pork belly served with a sweet and sour green mojo sauce. You should definitely try this dish. For a unique dish, we opted for the courgette pappardelle which were thin slices of zucchinis marinated in citrus, pineapple gel, pesto, and pepitas. It seemed so simple but it was super refreshing! As soon as the cook arrived, the bartender let us know, which was very nice of him, and soon he set two plates of Spanish tortilla in front of us. The tortilla was delicious and the portion generous. I'm sure the rest of their food is great as well, but we had lunch plans elsewhere. We unfortunately never got to make it back to Colagallo again due to time limitations, but it would be first on our list of places in Granada to drink next time.
