I wanted to know if their resumes are ATS ready and if they had a local office in the Dallas area. Their response was send us your voucher code and the information below to get started on your resume. Again I ask if the resumes are ATS ready because most companies utilize Applicant Tracking Software to scan and eliminate applicants from advancing to the next level. Their response word for word was "I just do regular resumes. In different formats." This had to be a response from a High School Student! I'm even more disappointed if this response was actually written by a person with 16 years of experience. It would be great for them to advance their expertise of current trends, formats and processes for their profession. It will certainly accelerate their business.
