There is a huge variety to choose from, and they always arrive at the table piping hot. Jarret de Porc is outstanding. Their salad (the one with the foie gras) sets the bar. If you have a kiddo, you'll be hoping that they don't finish their émincé de poulet au sauce crème aux champignons with spaetzle so that you can help them clean their plate. Service has always been very good here, we have not been disappointed. Don't hesitate yo heed to l'ancienne douane the next time you are in the area!
