It's good value for money pizza and it's quite popular with students in the area. They have a large outdoor seating area and of course seats inside as well. The menu is mostly pizza and pasta and they have a specials list each day. Service is quick and friendly. I always get a pizza Diavolo first time at a new place. It's my benchmark pizza and it's surprising how different it can be from place to place. On the basis of the Diavolo I would say it was not a great Diavolo and I have had many better ones on town :-) The aperolspritz was also not so nice. I will give this place another try before updating my review. It's ok pizza for a good price and, I will leave it at that :-)

Summary: Excellent pizza... some of the very best I've ever had…read more Food: I've usually been a deep dish lover, but their thin crust pizza is AMAZING... especially the truffle pizza. It is flat-out awesome... when we stay at the NH across the way when we're in town, I swear this pizza calls to me like honey to a bear. I really can't help myself. :-) Good beer selection. Atmosphere: Nice, cozy. It's a small place (only about 20 seats) so I would imagine on Fridays it is tough to get in. We're usually there on weeknights and it is crowded but we can usually sit right away. Price: seems a bit high to me, but it's Munich and everything seems high to me. I believe it is in-line with other restaurants in the area.. it is by no means unusual in terms of pricing. Service: Really nice people, the only knock is that the kitchen is small, so when it is busy you can wait a while for your pizza.

Definitely worth a visit (or two!) when you're in the area!

I ordered the brut, which was reasonably priced and perfectly dry. I started with the carpaccio which arrived with ample Parmesan, Arugula and a large lemon. the meat was delicate and not at all stringy. Perfect. Also ordered insalata misto which had a light balsamic that was quite nice. Finally, the spaghetti Bolognese. Okay, true, it's not always wise to order this out - however, I will tell you the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente which tells me someone in the kitchen put love into the dish. Sauce was great, on the acidic side but well balanced and I cleaned the plate. My only regret is that I wasn't an obnoxious tourist and didn't take pictures to go with this review. Thanks for the great meal and dining experience.
