Five Towns Sprinkler has been around since 1982!!!!!!…read more They are the only irrigation company that still puts quality over quantity!!!!! Not only do they install and service Irrigation systems but they also install water wells so your sprinkler can run off of a well and save you money on the water (Also a Plus if you have a pool you can fill it up from the well) If you are looking for the job to be done right i would not hesitate to call Steve.

It was an ambitious undertaking but I installed my own sprinkler system with the help of a…read moreneighbor. I dug the line, built the manifold, ran wiring for solenoids to the timer and electric for a well pump (the well head professionally done). Problem is when you do things for the first time there's always bound to be mistakes. I contacted this company once at 8pm on a random weeknight intending to leave a message but Steve (owner) picks up the phone to my surprise. I tell him a problem I'm having with my well pump short cycling. After listening intently he recommended a pump start relay which cracked the case. I always remembered the kindness of a stranger. Fast forward 2 seasons later I was having a problem where my system was running but wouldn't discharge to the zones. I called upon this company again in hopes of resolving the issue as my grass was left to die in the August sun. Steve was at my house the next day to look into the issue. I knew I built this system with the proverbial rubber bands and chewing gum and my beginner-mess showed clearly. I came home, they had installed a new pump start relay that had electrically shorted on my watch, ran new hard wire from the relay to the pump, ran a new ground wire in a conduit and buried it underground from the pump house to the valve box, ran all new wiring from the solenoids back to the timer and fixed the issue. Not only fixed the issue, but put the system in a safer and more sustainable place than it ever has been. I didn't know what the scope of the work would be in advance but after he solved my first relay issue 2 seasons ago on the phone and yet yielded no business in return for his advice, I trusted him implicitly to do right by me. This kind of business feels increasingly rare - the kind where you have the guy that runs the business and makes you feel like you're worth his time no matter how much other work he may have. I've dealt with my share of contractors and it's very easy to feel like just "another." Kudos to Five Towns Sprinkler for a job well done and being a trustworthy company to help keep my yard investment safe!

Creative Water was my choice to install the system and has been my irrigation service provider at the start of Spring (open up the system and check everything is working correctly) and in late fall to drain (winterize) and shut down until its time again in spring each year to open up the system.. My experience has proven that professional expertise matters. The entire team in every instance has been outstanding. I wish every trade was as professional and reliable as these folks. Make a phone call to Creative Water and it's answered promptly by the inside staff (Robin) who is the epitome of professionalism. No time wasted I was scheduled a date & time that was convenient to me. With the schedule made for the next day the exact time time I was told the technician would be arriving that individual (Andy) showed up exactly on time. He replaced a sprinkler head that my landscaper accidentally broke off, checked all of the zones and their individual heads, adjusted a number of other heads that needed it, and made a repair to a piece of tubing. Super professional and highly skilled. Again just a continuation of some business such Creative Water really appreciating their team of professionals and the customers they go out in the field on service calls. Highly recommend is my parting thought. Excellent value, great piece of mind to have pro's show up and happily pay for a job well done.

I used this company for several years. they were good in most ways. However, my latest experience…read morewas greatly lacking and unacceptable. they turned on my sprinkler for which i paid in advance. The person who came was new to me. He asked if he could lower one of the sprinklers to which I said yes and for the most part it was uneventful. THEN I got a bill for something I was NOT told about. In the years gone by if a rep found something that needed repair they told me at the visit. that was not the case in this visit. When I called to ask and to let them now I was not told in advance, I was told that I had to talk to the person who came. that would never have happened before. It turns out it was the bosses son. Oh my. He thought he was right and was quite rude and told me they won't do business with me. Now that the son is there with his unprofessional attitude and his lack of understanding of how business occurs to maintain customers, I'm glad I am finished. Be forewarned there is a new owner or acting owner and the news is NOT GOOD

If you decide to go with someone else or not do the work then you get hit with the fee. I'm OK with that. But that's not how this company operates. I had a leak. Adam showed up. I showed him the leak. He dug it up and fixed it and charged me. Perfectly fine. And then they charged the $110 on top of that. They refuse to waive it. IF you're OK with this policy, then you will probably like them. IF like me, you think this is not customer friendly, then be aware and you may want to consider one of the many alternatives. I was a repeat customer for them with winterizations, spring start up, etc. Because of their policy, they lost my business. Edited in response to owner's comments as she is leaving out critical information. Donna R says she listened to the call but she is leaving out that she also heard me comment about the fee and express dissatisfaction with it. She also heard me say that the leak was in the same place where last year they replaced a valve component. I expressed on the call that I thought it would be a warranty repair. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage. And one that i will not accept moving forward. And no, Donna R., I'm not calling the office to discuss. I don't need to hear you explain the policy again. It is what it is. Charge your customers all you want. If they don't care, good for you. I care.
