I prefer to stick to a manicured set of hands - you get to choose from the basic one for $12 or the spa mani for $15. Get both the mani & pedi for only $35! I also get my brows done there too, they definitely do a great job and don't make them too thin. There's cheaper salons in the area but those try to get you in and out as fast as possible... not here - they take their time and actually get to know each of their clients by name. The only drawback is that it is cash only, but I always come prepared. I also usually call ahead right before I want to come, to make sure they aren't too busy since I am bad at keeping appointments.
