He is the least knowledgeable Realtor we have worked with. We had an offer on our house with 500 in escrow for us, the sellers, for the house to be off the market, unless it was mold or foundation we would get the $500 if the deal fell through and during inspection negotiations there were very small items that came up(vent cover was cracked in kitchen, etc) and he let the deal fall through and didn't give us the $500. We lost the "hot" season and had to wait over a year to sell again. During the negotiations above he was not willing to get us a house but more interested in getting us out for the buyer. He didn't care that I have two small children and needed a place. He is not reflection of everyone at the company. The company he works for has a lot of great staff. He is the problem.
