Buyers and Sellers Beware…read more Never have I been a customer to a company who cared less about their clients than this one. I'll start by the false information they gave me about the house I was looking into. Found out after I gave them my earnest check and offer was accepted that the house was an old mobile home surprise. After asking repeatedly why I wasn't notified found out that the listing agent never even checked out the home herself. The disappointment's didn't stop there either after the real estate agent told me they wouldn't come down on the price given this new information or the massive water leak under the house I decided to back out. I came to find out later that the realtor never even checked with the bank to see if they would, I discovered this from my bank who called them to say that they were willing to negotiate but it was to late the loan was already cancelled and I wanted to move on from the bad taste this horrible company left me. Luckily the lord smiled upon me and I was able to find a much better house for a very reasonable price but alas my dealings with this horrendous company were not over. To my dismay I realized I needed my earnest check back from them, once I was finally able to convince my real estate agent that I wanted nothing to do with the house or her company she finally started working on getting my money back to me. She assured me that it would only take a week or two at the most to get my check back seeing as how my loan was declined for legitimate problems with the house. Almost one month later I have finally gotten my money back no thanks to my repeated attempts to call my realtor to no avail. Should you not heed my warning about this company and go forward with them at the very least don't use any of the home inspectors they recommend a quick Google search will reveal a host of sordid and inexperienced inspectors some with many old and pending lawsuits against them.
