I can cover that up to conceal the worst of it, but were never informed of it.) 3rd thing: While cleaning the grout, some of the grout was blown out and we were told someone will be in touch real soon to take care of patching the grout. I never heard anything back from them, but after about 2 months I thought I would look at their flooring for an entire small home and reminded them of the repairs which need done. They said they did find it on file and will take care of it. It is now at 2 additional months and have not heard anything from the store to try and rectify the problem. Nice enough personnel, but terrible service . Respectfully, Dennis B.

In addition, their installation is superior to any other company we have used. If you are weighing cost with value, I assure you that in the long run Adair's wins out on both counts. AAA Hellenic Marble has the LOWEST pricing for the same level of stone and project description…read morecompared to Colonial Marble, Asco Granite and Marble, and Renaissance Marble (with whom I used for my kitchen). I also think their customer service is good, the salesperson I worked with was polite and informative and easy to work with. AAA's stone yard is small but their selection is on point for mid range marble and granite. They also have some nice quality lots of higher level marbles, but those lots are not as abundant as their selection of mid range level marble lots. I have used them twice for projects using the higher level marbles (Calacattas) for two separate vanity projects; for my first project their stone yard had several Calacatta lots. For my second project 4 months later, AAA Hellenic didn't have many available Calacatta lots in their yard that day- most of the Calacatta lots were tagged as sold. For my first project, the only downside was that their installers did not speak English fluently, so problem solving with them on-site became difficult when they delivered my 4 inch vanity backsplash that had been cracked and glued together by the installer or whomever cut my template onto the slab. The manager immediately replaced the backslash the following day and was easy to work with. Because their pricing was lower than my bids at Colonial, Asco, and Renaissance by like 20-30% , I used them again for my second project. I would highly recommend them because of the competitive pricing and easy of customer service that I experienced for the small vanity projects that I did with AAA Hellenic.

We hired AAA Marble to install kitchen countertops. While the installation was eventually…read morecompleted, the process was slow due to the worker frequently using his phone during work hours. What followed was deeply disturbing. That same night, the worker named Carlos returned to our home uninvited, entering through a back window. He attempted to enter our bedroom while we were sleeping, and we had to forcefully remove him from the premises and call the police. He fled before they arrived. To make matters worse, we later discovered the word "MRSA" spray-painted on the counters that had just been installed. This entire situation was traumatic, and a police report has been filed. This was a frightening and unacceptable experience. We are sharing this to urge others to exercise caution if using this company. Make sure you know exactly who will be working in your home, and take precautions to protect your household. If they send someone named Carlos Caraballo to your home makes sure your windows and doors are locked every night there after.

I had emailed thru their website and the next day I was already talking to someone to set up an appointment to have measurements and such done. Had everything measured, then went to look at samples. We went about this backwards, but we wanted to know the price range we were in from samples we could see, vs falling in love with something out of our price range. We had wanted hardwood, but after talking to the consultant, and answering some questions, she advised against the (more expensive) hardwood, and steered us towards Luxury Vinyl plank flooring. We went back to the store 3 times taking different samples home with us each time, but wound up with one of the ones from the original group we brought home. Set up our install appointment, was quoted M-W,and they were not only done on Tuesday, they left early Monday! Very little actual life disruption other than having to deal with all the dust and then walking on plywood for a day. Would recommend Martin's to anyone in need of new flooring in the area!

We finally chose a floor and when they called to schedule I had to push it out a few weeks. That was no problem for them. On install day the guys were professional, efficient and clean. We were told it would take 2 to 3 days and they were done in two so I was happy for that. They made things super easy for us and communicated along the way. Had I known that previously I would have given them the task of redoing my kitchen backsplash. Unlike most contractors CKC is a relatable husband/wife team. As a female customer I always felt comfortable and not spoken down to like I have with some home improvement companies. Katina is the office wiz and often does estimates, while Chris is the job foreman but will do an occasional estimate. In prior homes I used other flooring companies with varying degrees of happiness. I found CKC prices to be fair and their work quality high. I don't remember how I discovered them but I never saw them advertised anywhere. In the early stages of using them Chris did the work personally. In recent years I believe their business has grown so much that now his son does the actual install. Nevertheless I've not had a floor transformed that I was not happy with. Including my dining room which I thought was too far gone to save. When we removed the carpet we discovered thick tar like paper backing material stuck - yes stuck - to the original hardwood floor. It had been there for many years, probably glued intentionally by a previous owner. After trying to scrap it myself with no success I really thought this floor was a total tear out. After three days of work by CKC the floor was resurrected into a timeless hardwood beauty. Not one ounce of its former life, with the paper adhered remained. Thus began my long time relationship with CKC. My only disappointment as of late is that sometimes it takes a few days from them to call you back concerning an estimate, scheduling, or question. On the last job I wish I would have notified to tell me my floor is completely finished and when it can be walked on. But I believe this is due to their ever-growing work load. Overall I am a very satisfied customer and would and have recommended them to others.
