Today 18/6/2022 the temperature is at 40°c (104°F). They expected people to sleep and rest on rooms where the windows were closed and not have air. p.s they have now allowed us to open windows.

The staff at the front desk were so efficient that all of us had room keys within 10 minutes. Consider me impressed! The rooms are incredibly spacious with a mini fridge, safe, flat screen TV, couch, and desk. There's plenty of room to do cartwheels both in the room and in the bathroom. Though we received free vouchers for our stay, I think the regular price is quite expensive, over 200€ per night. If not for this reason, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat for its service, cleanliness, prime location next to the airport, and free breakfast (which I unfortunately did not get to try).

We were a family of 6 staying there for almost a month. My mom had her own room and everyone else shared a suite(next to the managers room). On two occasions he practically knocked down our door to scream at us about how loud we were being. Our suite had two floors, so of course we are gonna be going up and down the suite depending on what we were doing. He claimed we were screaming and had kids running up and down. We only had one kid(a 12 year old at the time)and also we were still used to the timing in the USA so we were up all night and slept until noon the next day. He threatened to kick us out without reimbursing us. The entire time he said nothing to my mom (whose name and room number was on all of the documents as the main contact for anything that may be going on). Across the hall from us were two families with KIDS (I bet you he never said anything to them about a disturbance). We eventually switched rooms but he was still being an A$$. My bro was in the hallway with him, his wife, and son and he mumbled (in french)" thats that boy I told you about). I don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are alone and vvvveeeerrrry quiet.
