Le QG des supporters de foot. C'est sur la place Foch que se trouve ce pub célèbre dans tout Calais. En effet, il est connu pour être le repère des supporters (plus que nombreux) des clubs de football du Nord. Lors des retransmissions sportives, l'ambiance y est survoltée. Mais même en dehors des soirs de match, vous pouvez passer un bon moment, parce qu'il n'y a pas que le foot dans la vie !

We found this pub, while looking for something to eat at like 11pm. They were very friendly, knew…read moreEnglish and even had an English menu available. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. People were singing in French and listening to good music. The food was delicious and the serving was a good sized portion. My shrimp salad had so many different flavors and the garlic dressing was so tasty. If you are staying here on vacation and want to eat great food in a fun atmosphere then I highly recommend. It is open late night and has a great location.

Very friendly, cosy but lots of room inside and on the covered terrasse with pavement views of passers-by, good free parking nearby, excellent service in English for les Anglais, nice authentic French food at very reasonable prices, good range of European beers. What nicer experience of France so easily accessed off the Dover ferry than this? Look out for the gutsy three-legged dog that sometimes makes the round of outside tables looking for tit-bits. read more
