Allegedly...the country's best almond croissant resides here. I can confirm this. The inside of the almond croissant wasn't just a nougat like paste. The inside of the almond croissant had chunks of almond and creaminess embodying each chunk.
The pistachio croissant had a beautiful design. What I loved about it was that the pistachio cream was just on top. The croissant didn't have any pistachio cream inside which I prefer because it wasn't overwhelming. Sometimes, pistachio croissants have cream on top and inside which is too much.
The queso twist was so good. It was nice to have something savory pairs with the two sweet croissants. I wish I grabbed a few more. I saved some for my husband but either it fell out or the cleaner had some, if he/she did, hope they enjoyed!
The store itself is relatively small with maybe 4 seats inside. There are some tables inside. The servers aren't overly joyful but they weren't rude either. It's somewhat confusing where to order because there is a big screen at the pastry glass case but then they take orders inside, adjacent to the glass case. I am not sure what the system is. read more
